About Us

Metroplex Refrigeration and Restaurant Equipment began in a garage in Arlington, Texas in 1979 with one customer and one used ice machine. With hard work and unbeatable customer service, the company has grown from the core business of selling, leasing and servicing  ice machines into a complete one stop shop for all commercial kitchen supplies, restaurant and bar equipment.

With recent acquisitions of two other long time Fort Worth family owned businesses, American Ice Machines and Texas Hotel and Restaurant Supply and their devoted staff, the company can definitely boast some of the most experienced, knowledgeable, sales, installation and service departments in North Texas. With career professionals of this caliber comes the dedication to serve each customer’s needs as efficiently and cost effectively as possible, building a reputation and relationship to last for years.

Metroplex Refrigeration and Restaurant Equipment is proud to be a locally owned, Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex restaurant supply company. MRE values the relationships, the opportunity to contribute to the community, and the privilege to support our customers.
